Caught up recently with Tim Routledge, co-founder of BIOstress who are looking to revolutionise workplace stress using biometric data. To date, much of the measurement of stress has consisted of subjective employee satisfaction type surveys.
We’ve been talking for a while on the impact that stress has on cognitive performance and how best to capture this information objectively.
After successful pilots with Bupa and Honda, Tim is now running a number of further pilots across different industry sectors building up the evidence base and case studies for implementation.
Looking forward to hearing about the results in a few months.
In the meantime, Tim’s blog post https://biostress.com/why-everything-you-think-about-stress-is-wrong/ is well worth a read.
