Customer Satisfaction – Private Medical Insurance

I’ve just read that WPA has been announced as the only Which? recommended health insurance provider for the second year running.

The article highlights ‘ In the consumer champion’s latest review, WPA led the industry with an 82% claims score, surpassing the industry average of 72%. The company also achieved a customer satisfaction Score of 74%, compared to the competition’s average of 64%.’ 

What is going on in this sector if the average customer satisfaction score, bar one provider, is only 64% ?
