‘One third of managers don’t know how to support employee mental health’
That’s the headline for this article which reports on a recent survey from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
This means that two thirds of managers do know how to support employee mental health which I believe to be positive news.
Was there a similar survey, say three years ago, against which we could compare the current results? I don’t know, but my sense is that the numbers would have been significantly lower.
